Role Description:
Leading the client’s on-boarding process from a Documentation perspective

Ensuring that all aspects of BAML Legal/AML Documentation has been requested from the client

Provide the client with ongoing support by holding regular calls, WebEx sessions and on occasions attending face to face meetings, to assist them in completing our documentation requirements

Independently verifying information provided by the client

Good Business Partner relationship building including but not limited to Compliance Officers, Front Office, and Sales Team etc.

Familiarity with AML and Legal regulations within the EMEA Region

Here in Bank of America, we are currently seeking a Treasury Fulfillment Documentation Consultant to join our rapidly expanding Treasury Services business.

We provide transaction, investment, and information services to a range of customers, including top tier commercial and corporate clients across Europe, Middle East and Asia, right here from our Chester office. At every stage we provide them with seamless delivery and support requiring people with a passion for ensuring client delight.

Working with our client base you'll be a member of a team whose responsibility it is to ensure that we continue to provide excellent day-to-day documentation support; resolving inquiries, managing the coordinated response and resolution of complex issues, and building solid and profitable relationships.

Core Skills:
Recent experience of working in a client focused role within the Financial Services Industry involving client on-boarding and legal/KYC documentation processes would be advantageous

Recent experience of working in a risk-based environment

Fully conversant with the MS Office suite

Ability to work in a pressurized environment

Adaptability to change in an ever-changing environment
