Job Advert
At Tribal Impact we believe in putting people in front of logos by empowering employees to become digital brand ambassadors. By joining the dots between marketing, Social Selling and Employee Advocacy, we help our customers build an expert brand voice, yield higher conversion rates and ultimately drive revenue growth.
Across the business, our Specialists are dedicated to ensuring the success of a range of projects, using their knowledge and creativity to suggest new ideas and approaches. They work collaboratively with the team and take on leadership roles when needed. They are always looking to learn and develop, making them a vital asset to the team.
Working with us, you will:
- Oversee and deliver a suite of services including but not limited to webinars, coaching series, Face to Face training sessions, live clinics, e-learning, and other learning content.
- Develop and deliver training briefs, services and new deliverables and utilise methodologies that meet the client's objectives and timelines
- Oversee the daily activities of the training team of trainers, coaches, training coordinators and other industry professionals
- Utilise video conference and social media tools to ensure smooth running of training and coaching sessions
- Play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring internal and external expectations are met
- Take ownership for planning and allocating resources, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders up to date
- Work under the supportive guidance of our managers to create project deliverables for our diverse portfolio of valued customers
We believe experience comes in different forms:
Ideally, you will have experience working in a project and service delivery capacity with a track record of creating and delivering exceptional training content and exceeding client/customer expectations. Having experience working in a fully remote environment would also be advantageous but if you haven’t and you think you’ve got the skills and ambition to be successful in this role anyway, then we still want to hear from you
We like to empower and treat our Tribe:
We practise what we preach; we're a social, employee-driven business. We pride ourselves on flexible working, where employees are given space to learn and develop. Some of us like to work from home. Others from coffee shops. We don't mind because we focus on the outcomes and not the hours spent sitting in the office Our other perks include:
- Fully remote with flexible hours
- Wellbeing allowance
- Working from home allowance
- Private health insurance
- Perkbox (discount codes)
- Quarterly meetups
- Annual training allowance
- Day off on your birthday
