Cedar Court Hotel, Harrogate are looking to recruit a part time Hotel Receptionist to join our team.

The Receptionists' main focus is on each and every guest that walks through the door. Our team provide the highest level of customer service to all guests, whilst ensuring that Front of House areas are running smoothly.

Your duties may involve:

- Meeting and greeting all guests
- Providing assistance with the self check-in and check-out process for our guests

There may also be a requirement to support our Guest Service team during busy periods.

You'll need to be a good communicator, confident and happy to engage with guests, visitors and staff at all levels. A hospitality background would be an advantage, but if you have a have a passion for ensuring our guests receive the highest level of customer satisfaction, and have a bubbly personality, we’d love to hear from you.

We want our guests to have a real home from home experience, with their every need catered for, so, you will need to be friendly, display great confidence, be multi-talented and highly skilled in delivering exceptional levels of service.
