**E-commerce Specialist**
**Job Overview**:
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth.
- Managing the company's Amazon Seller Central account, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and customer service
- Optimising product listings, including product titles, descriptions, and images, to improve visibility and conversion rates
- Monitoring and reporting on Amazon Seller metrics, such as sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction
- Identifying and resolving Amazon-related issues, such as inventory discrepancies and order fulfilment problems
- Monitor and report on Amazon Seller metrics, such as sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Create promotions and campaigns
- Enhance and improve the online shopping experience
- Oversee inventory management, pricing, and product listings on the website
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive inventory management strategy to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
- Manage and optimise e-commerce platforms, including website and marketplace accounts (Etsy, Ebay, Amazon and Shopify)
- Create and maintain accurate product listings, including product titles, descriptions, and images
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive sales on Amazon Marketplace and other marketplaces
- Monitor and analyse Amazon Seller metrics, including sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction
- Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues related to Amazon orders
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Amazon policies and best practices
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce
**Experience**:
- 2+ years of experience working in an ecommerce environment, with a focus on Amazon Marketplace
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or similar role in the retail industry
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and SEO principles
- Strong understanding of Amazon's marketplace policies, procedures, and best practices
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with mínimal supervision
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central tools and analytics

Pay: £23,400.00-£31,200.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- WF28EF: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
