An exciting opportunity has arisen within our busy Customer Service team. Do you want to be our next Ecommerce Customer Service Adviser providing a best -in-class customer service experience to all our customers. Working as part of an established team, delivering accuracy and efficiency.

**THE HOUSEKEEPING BITS**

Based in Wakefield, reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, this role works within a small team that prides itself on delivering a best-in-class customer experience. Consistently demonstrating a clear understanding of the customers’ needs and requirements by taking ownership of customer problems through to effective resolution.

**WHAT ABOUT YOU?**

We’re looking for a pro-active Ecommerce Customer Service Adviser with experience in addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and providing in-depth knowledge of products to our customers online. You will have the ability to identify ways in which to enhance the customer experience alongside navigating customers around our website.

You will be proficient in both working independently and collaboratively across all departments and be able to contribute to deliver exceptional customer service. As a brand ambassador for the business you will be the first point contact for all customers queries generated via the company website.

You will bring to the business your knowledge of customer service with a proven track record of accurately inputting electronic data, processing customer orders, providing timely reports and meet KPI’s to regularly measure business progress against plans. You will be able to identify when to escalate complaints, be able to log and report non-conformances in an accurate and timely manner whilst following guidelines and procedures.

You will have.

In addition, **you are**:

- An experienced customer service advisor with a basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Passionate about providing high quality service to customers
- Experienced in taking ownership for effective resolution of problems
- An excellent team player
