Maintel require an experienced Contact Centre focused sales person with a detailed understanding of the Contact Centre market from a sales, product, and delivery perspective.
Extensive experience of competitive landscape. With a demonstrable experience of a transitional and consultative sales approach that shapes a clients Contact Centre journey.
**EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
Minimum 5-year sales experience of sales, including selling to Contact Centres.
Minimum 2-year sales experience in one or more of helping clients transition from traditional contact centres to CCaaS.
Experience of UCaaS sales and solutions with RingCentral a distinct advantage.
Experience with Genesys Cloud Contact centre a distinct advantage.
Knowledge of complimentary technologies WFO, WFM, Call recording and Analytics.
Proven track record of selling high value solutions to UK based enterprise and public sectors.
