**Customer Service Coaching Team Specialist**

Position - Full Time, Hybrid

**Salary**: Competitive

We are seeking a highly capable and results orientated individual to join our Customer Service Team in the role of Customer Service Coaching Specialist. This position is vital to the success of the team and will report directly to the Team Manager. As Coaching Specialist, you will provide support and assistance to the Manager, covering leadership responsibilities and facilitating holiday cover.

To thrive in this position, you must consistently meet targets for call and attendance metrics, demonstrating your proficiency as an agent.

Key responsibilities:
Maintain detailed knowledge of the Bristan Group product catalogue.

Demonstrate mastery of our operating systems, ensuring seamless navigation and efficient use.

Handle escalated customer issues, successfully closing complex calls.

Provide coaching and support to agents assisting the Team Manager in effectively managing the team.

Step up and lead the team as cover for the Team Manager when necessary, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Willingly participate in project work upholding flexibility to operate outside the contact centre as needed, contributing to the overall success of the organisation
