**Full Job Description**

**MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB**:
To take responsibility for front of house in the shop, providing a vibrant, comprehensive and confident barista service, engaging with customers. Being the lead person for providing support and barista training to colleagues to ensure Hixon Green establishes a reputation as a destination for great food and beverage.

**MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**

Barista Services
- To be the lead barista - serving customers drinks and food in a creative and enthusiastic manner
- To develop and maintain the high-quality barista menu
- To ensure all displays, counters and shop seating is clean, tidy and hygienic

Coffee Shop Responsibilities
- To assist in the preparation of food orders when required.
- To promote excellent standards of safety and cleanliness.
- To follow setting up and closing down procedures,

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,619.65-£25,532.13 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
