Reporting directly into the Front Office Supervisors and Manager the role of Night Auditor is responsible for:

- Supporting the daily operation in line with brand standards
- Processing check ins, check outs, guest requests and enquiries and room service orders
- Focusing on delivering exceptional standards of customer service
- Cash and Key security and control
- Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.
- Audit and reconcile all revenue postings.
- Audit statistical, financial and accounting reports and tables.

This role covers the entirety of the Front Office operation. This department delivers 24 hour service across reception, telephone handling, room service order taking and guest relations.
