Health and Wellbeing Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the health services department
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using computerized systems
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, faxing, and data entry
- Assist with billing and invoicing using QuickBooks
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
- Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
**Skills**:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Administrative skills to handle office tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
- Familiarity with Google Suite or similar software for document management
