**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a tidy and efficient workspace.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly.
- Utilise QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and invoicing.
- Maintain organised filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Assist with clerical duties such as typing documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Support team members with administrative tasks as required.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff members.
- Ensure all office supplies are stocked and ordered when necessary.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Google Suite is essential.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
