**Job Description**:
Make your mark as Offshore People Operations (OPO) Planning & Logistics Lead for Boskalis Subsea Services located in Aberdeen

As OPO Planning & Logistics Lead, you will work together with our OPO Planning and Logistics Manager to ensure the day to day operational activities undertaken by the planning and logistics team are effective. You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day coordinator of all travel and logistics for our offshore crew.

To be successful in this role, you will have a positive and pro-active attitude and have previous experience of working in resource management and personnel logistics.

**Your responsibilities as an OPO Planning & Logistics Lead are**:

- Lead and support the OPO Coordinators;
- Oversee day to day coordination of all travel and logistics for offshore people requests;
- Monitor rotas and schedules in the offshore people system;
- Oversee accurate offshore people planning and tracking in real-time in offshore people system;
- Ensure all project documentation, work permits and visa requirements are understood and obtained timely;
- Lead regular and effective communication with offshore workforce on crew change matters;
- Participate in project meetings and take the lead on logístical matters;
- Support and deputise for OPO Planning & Logistics Manager;
- Provide support with sourcing of personnel for short term requirements;
- Undertake and support OPO projects and initiatives;
- Continuous improvement of all travel, logistics and visa processes;
**You can make your mark as OPO Planning & Logistics Lead if you have**:

- Relevant experience within resource management and personnel logistics
- Previous experience of line managing a team.
- A strong understanding of Maritime Labour Convention and STCW standards.

**Extra information**
- Your team: You will report to the OPO Planning and Logistics Manager and be part of the wider Offshore People Operation team.
- Where you will work: Your location will be our office in Aberdeen and you have the option to work from home 2 days per week. Fixed office days are Tuesday and Thursday’s.
- Full - time job: The position of** **OPO Planning & Logistics Lead is full time, 35 hours per week.
