**RESPONSIBILITIES**

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

- Studying towards a degree within IT, Business, Project Management, Software or Programming - some experience in coding would be advantageous.
- A good understanding of computer systems and software as well as a basic understanding of the Business Analyst or Application Support role.
- Competent in Microsoft Office.
- Effective communication skills.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

- Leading small projects and initiatives from requirement gathering and definition through to implementation. For this you will use set business analysis and methodologies.
- Supporting Industry 4.0 deployment and work on support of hardware and systems.
- Improving IT and related business processes through your involvement in cross functional support collaborating with different teams and departments throughout the business.
- Developing business intelligence solutions using Microsoft PowerApps and PowerBi along with other industry software packages.
- Supporting and improve process through process flow mapping, data collection and analysis, testing and problem solving.
- Involvement in production support as required.
