**This unique property management software & property investment software consultanc, is looking for a top notch Implementation Consultant / Professional Services Consultant who has experience of implementing the Yardi Voyager solution into real estateinvestment businesses and property management companies. _They will pay up to £90k p.a. for a strong Yardi Voyager Consultant, and are ready to hire now._**

They are a unique, entrepreneurial & growing company of 36 people. Everyone is working remotely at the moment, but the intention is that their office in Central London will re-open, and normal office work will resume at some point in the next few monthsor so.

As a Yardi Consultant here, you do not need to be in the office full time, and can be based from home permanently but you would have to come down to the London office a couple of times a month once it has opened again.

You will be on site a lot of the time with your clients, and there will be some European travel. When you are required to go to a European client, it tends to be in a block of a week, so you may be away 1 week out of every 5 or 6 weeks for instance. Theyhave 4 global offices, and there are opportunities to travel and / or move abroad eventually if that's your goal.

They work with the wealthiest and highest level of real estate investment trust clients, and property management companies who are looking after £multi-billion global portfolios. These clients are some of the most successful and profitable companies in thissector, and are looking for the best level of boutique service from their software suppliers. So you need to be a top end Yardi Implementation Consultant, who is comfortable communicating with this level of client. You will be dynamic, and personable, andpassionate about delivering excellent client service and smooth implementations.

**Ideally you will have strong Yardi Voyager full life cycle implementation skills, you know the product well from the viewpoint of a functional consultant, you understand the business processes, you are client facing, and able to talk to stakeholders,analyse requirements, identify needs and gaps, create documentation, do the design and configuration, customisation, installation and testing, and train the users. And you have a good breadth of knowledge across all areas of the Yardi solution and its add-ons.**

You enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment, you thrive in a supportive, collaborative team of people, and you have genuine interest and knowledge of the property investment & real estate management markets, and strong understanding of propertyaccounting.

**This role is excusive to Ambis Resourcing and is very much live. You do not need to live in London, you can be based anywhere, as long as you are happy travelling, spending time on client sites, and visiting the London office a couple of times amonth.
