About the Role

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive assistance requests from clients and property managers through our ticketing system Zendesk to troubleshoot Yardi issues
- Ensure all activities undertaken are compliant with the client’s policies, procedures and processes
- Troubleshoot tickets in a correct and timely manner
- Create data fix packages and prepare change management documentation to accompany the fix
- Create, update and maintain user accounts
- Update and maintain client RACI documents (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed)
- Support other team members regularly and work together effectively
- Regularly contribute and update our knowledge base system
- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) on new features and functionality as part of regular release cycles
- Perform other special assignments as requested

**Qualifications**:

- A Level, GCSE or equivalent
- Minimum of one-year Yardi Voyager experience
- Minimum of one-year of support desk experience
- Minimum of one-year computer operations or related experience required
- Strong knowledge of computer software and program such as Excel and G Suites
