Our client is one of the UK’s leading company’s within their specialized sector and have an excellent opportunity for a Service Desk Technician to join their team in Hertfordshire.

**Job Role**:
**Job Requirements**:

- A professional telephone manner.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills.
- Attention to detail, do you get a thrill finding the needle in the haystack?
- Determination to hunt and gather information and chase third parties to complete a task.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A solid grounding of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.

**Responsibilities**:

- Diagnosing and taking ownership of faults.
- Working with third party suppliers to manage new orders and faults.
- Provisioning new and managing existing orders and maintaining existing customers, managing multiple orders.
- Capturing and logging information accurately in our customer database.
- Providing progress updates to key stake holders at project milestones.
- Occasional site visits to assist with installations and diagnosing faults.
- Raising ad-hoc invoices for department purchases working on occasion with our finance team.
