Administration Assistant

Rotech is a technology-driven group of companies providing innovative products to the oil & gas, renewables, decommission and energy industries from our headquarters in Aberdeen. As part of our ongoing recruitment and staff development programme, we are looking to employ an Administration Assistant.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Liaising across teams within the organisation
- Creating documentation packs for fabricated parts
- Preparing certification packs for offshore equipment supply
- Provide support to the operations and logistics teams by completing returns, inputting data into trackers, spreadsheets and the personnel database
- Assisting with general administration duties as required by the business
- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
- Help to prepare Stores and Logistics paperwork
- Check quotes and raise purchase orders

- Motivated, self-starter with good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Pay: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
