**Qualifications**:
- Strong attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer and direct phone calls, as needed.
- Assist with scheduling Service / Maintenance appointments for clients.
- Maintain office filing system.
- Check and process deliveries to company offices.
- Cover collegues roles during holiday / sickness.
- Full training given.
**Salary**: £20,060.00-£21,045.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Aberdeen AB11 5AU -: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (required)
