HR Project Manager - Global Staffing
An opportunity has become available for an HR Project Manager in a highly regarded Professional Services business.

This is a newly created role sat aside from the Staffing Specialists working as the Global Project Manager for Staffing / Resource Management.

In this role you will be working in partnership with the Global Head of Staffing to review and modernise Staffing processes. As such, it is more of a project driven / strategic approach that is required. You'll be running initiatives on a global scale andwill operationalise ideas within the Staffing function.

You'll be building and driving adoption of the Staffing tool and ensure stakeholders are aware of the process involved in Staffing selection. In addition, you'll be talking with developers and product owners to seek improvements in process and look to driveefficiencies.

You'll ensure that the business remains agile in its response to client demands and has the right people deployed on the right projects at the right time.
To be successful, the role-holder will need to immerse themselves into the business working closely with the Managing Directors, business partners and local talent teams. Relationship building, stakeholder management and an understanding of the nature of theprojects and the business will therefore be pivotal for success in this role. Existing knowledge/previous experience of working within a consultancy environment would be highly advantageous.

You will have a broad knowledge and experience within the talent space; retention and succession planning, L&D, promotion and objective setting plus operational coverage including; budgeting, forecasting, headcount management and leading and presenting inmeetings.
This role could be of particular interest to individuals that have worked as Workforce Planners / Resource Allocation Managers previously, particularly if you have project management experience.
