A look into the role

As a Business School Programme Coordinator within our Business School support team you will:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to all workshops within the Business school portfolio including scheduling online calls and administering pre and post work - within agreed service levels,
- Manage support queries using the support desk and our learning management system
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Provides administrative support to development-based events such as annual assurance training and quarterly updates
- Manages the administration and data that underpin and drive development processes, including maintaining information between systems - providing value by adding management information to key stakeholders such as monitoring completion of CPDs

It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way.
- Experience of working in a coordinating role with strong technology and Microsoft programmes capability
- Experience of managing multiple priorities, working to tight timescales and a strong team player, as well as having the ability to work independently
- Analysing and checking data, ensuring robust quality control and attention to detail
- A background in Training Administration or exposure to training systems would be beneficial
- Strong communication and influencing skills
