**What Will You Be Doing?**
- Be the first point of contact for both internal and external suppliers and customers (by telephone and in person) to resolve queries. ensuring resolution in an accurate and timely manner.
- Process and reconcile purchase and debtor invoices in SAP, ensuring accuracy, timely input, and compliance with VAT and tax regulations.
- Match purchase orders to invoices, resolving discrepancies by liaising with suppliers and Stockport Homes staff.
- Maintain accurate supplier and customer records, including setting up details, carrying out fraud checks, and handling petty cash transactions.
- Commit to a qualification and complete all coursework and assessments.
- Take part in ongoing training and development opportunities.

- Excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Good IT skills and the ability to use communication tools effectively.
- A customer-focused attitude and the ability to work well in a team.

Applicants must have a minimum of four GCSEs or equivalent at Grade 4/C or above, including Maths and English.

Please note: For apprentices aged 19 and over at the start of their apprenticeship, English and Maths qualifications are no longer a mandatory requirement in England. However, a basic assessment will still be required to ensure suitability for the course.

**Assessment Day**

**College or Training Provider**

All our apprentices are enrolled with colleges or recommended training providers who have been approved by our Learning and Development Team.

**Your Training Plan**

You will receive both on-the-job and off-the-job training over the course of your Apprenticeship, following a detailed induction and training plan. Upon successful completion, you will achieve a recognised qualification.
