As a Supervisor, you will be using your customer service expertise to deliver a top-notch experience at the Waterfront and UEA campus venues. You will provide leadership to our student staff, setting the bar for great service at all times. Taking an active role in the training and development of our staff; you will ensure a safe, welcoming and supportive work environment is felt by everyone under your supervision.

Ensuring legal compliance with health and safety at all times, you will be able to go above and beyond compliance and make duty of care a core of your customer service approach.

While we often work into the small hours of the morning, we will not ask you to do split-shifts. In return for your hard work you will be offered a competitive salary and a generous holiday allowance.

**Salary**: £20,701.82 per year
