**BMS Service Engineer**

**The Opportunity**:
Building Management Systems.

The engineering sector is awash with talk of BMS at the minute - everyone pretends to understand them, but only a select few really know how they really work.

You are one of those elite few.

Whether it's Trend, Honeywell or Struxtureware what you don't know about building controls could fit on a (small) UI and now you're looking to use that knowledge to kick on with your career.

**The role**:
In your new BMS Engineer role you'll be working on some of the most technologically advanced buildings in the UK, the kit needs to be very advanced to maintain that BREEAM Excellent rating, which will mean lots of interesting projects for you. Our BMS endsup in critical environments all around Glasgow & Central Belt so your days will always be varied, plus you'll have the autonomy to plan your time around a good work/life balance.

As we develop our own tech you'll be first in line to receive training so will always be at the top of your field when it comes to BMS knowledge. Your career development is really important to us so you will be given lots of opportunities to up skill, crossinto different departments and take advantage of the fact we're a global company who can support international job moves.

Energy efficiency is at the heart of what we do. Whether your day is spent putting the final touches to a brand new BMS within a corporate headquarters or servicing a legacy system at a university you can get home at night knowing you've done your bit tosave the polar bears.

**The person**:
To be able to hit the ground running we would need you to have experience working in building controls, automation (PLC or SCADA) or HVAC and be able to drive.

But we can look at someone who is looking to come in to the hugely expanding BMS market and train you up, as long as you have strong electrical engineering skills
