**Morrison Water Services **is currently looking to recruit a **BIM/BMS Coordinator** to work on our DV2 Lot 4 program** **contracts across Scotland.

As the** BIM/BMS Coordinator, **you will be part of our water construction team. Which you will be required to develop and implement the BIM & BMS processes, procedures, and approach to documentation control.

As the **BIM/BMS Coordinator** your role will also be to ensure the company delivers efficient and effective. Performance against all requirements and targets for regulatory, health and safety, financial and internal/external performance targets. In accordance with MGS Water Division specifications, policies, and procedures and that they are aligned to those of Scottish Water.

This role will also ensure that there is a robust business management system for MWS DV2 Lot 4 in addition the implementation and management of a Scottish Water aligned and industry leading BIM/digital strategy, ensuring and supporting a consistent, safe, and efficient business is delivered.

**As the BIM/BMS Coordinator your duties & responsibilities will include**:

- To support a healthy and safe working environment for employees, ensure that appropriate H&S requirements are met by all third-party service providers and contract partners.
- To support the development and implementation of an ISO19650 accreditation for BIM and Digital strategy within MWS.
- Manage the quality, recording and storage of all documentation for the DV2 Lot4 programme in accordance with the standard.
- Ensure the BMS procedures are up to date, suitable and sufficient for the effective running of the business area.
- Asist the team with management of client project orders and handover packs.
- Monitor communications and shared mailboxes to manage and escalate actions as and when required.
- Organise workshops, meetings and training sessions associated with document control, management, and quality assurance.
- Keeping all the registers including risk register up to date.

**Skills & Knowledge Requirements**

Have you gained experience in a project delivery environment within the water / utility industry? This is essential requirement

Do you have knowledge and experience of working with ISO standard 19650:2018?

Do you have well-developed analytical skills? The ability to identify and develop and drive through solutions to a wide range of financial, technical, and managerial problems.

Do you have a gained a high level of ability to work to deadlines?

Ability to provide a high quality, professional service to the wider programme.

Have a clear focus on customer/stakeholder needs.

Do you have a good understanding of MS Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint.

Do you have excellent office administration experience?- Preferably Project based.
