Care to you healthcare domiciliary care agency is developing its service and is looking for a flexible reliable and positive Team Leader to support its delivery in the community. Mainly visiting service users, supporting and supervising home carers and completing assessments and reviews you will need to be a 'can do ' person. Your teams will look to you for setting standards. Must be willing to work a share of evenings and weekends to support service and to work alongside Home care colleagues to give them direction and support. Occasional on call may be required as part of the senior team for which an enhancement is paid. Full or part time contracted hours considered as this is more about the right person. Experience as a Home Carer required as this role is about leading Homecare in the community This is for the Hastingsand Bexhill locality.

Own transport essential as this is a community based role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: £14.50-£15.50 per hour
