**Role Overview**: As an Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting various departments within the company, including sales, projects, finance, and general office administration. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both in the office and from home, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing customer inquiries, and maintaining sales records.
- Support the finance department with invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations across all departments.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a similar industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- An understanding of CRM systems (such as Hubspot)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
