Our client with over 21,000 members in 74 countries is a leading professional body in a particular branch of science recruiting for a Graduate Membership Officer. They are looking for them on a temp to perm contract initially for 3 months. The role willbe hybrid but to begin with include an induction at their central London offices for the few weeks of the contract

**The Graduate Membership Officer Role**

This is a role within the Institute's Marketing and Membership department that ensures the day-day administration of the Membership Department successfully delivers a timely, accurate and supportive service to members. The post holder reports directly tothe Membership Manager and will work closely with them to deliver a timely, accurate and supportive service to members.

**The Person**

**Essential**

Educated to degree graduate level or equivalent

Experience of working in a Customer Service environment

Experience of data and CRM

IT literate and competent in use of Microsoft Office

Strong customer service ethos

Strong team working ethos

Plans work to ensure ability to deliver a quality service

Adapts plans or re-prioritises to respond to urgent needs

Demonstrates the ability to work to tight timescales

**Desirable**

Experience of using Intergra CRM system

Experience of working in a membership body, charity or not for profit environment.
