We are looking for two experienced and self-driven Telesales Professionals to join our Sales team You will be responsible for generating calls to potential customers with the main goal to achieve your agreed targets..

As a Telesales professional, we are expecting you to be an outstanding communicator and listener with a professional, but friendly approach.

**About the role**:
Are you an Internal Sales Exec or Account Manager looking for a new challenge?

If so, this is a fantastic opportunity for two individuals who are passionate about having a hands on approach their work whilst leading from the front. We are looking to recruit two people with excellent communication and problem solving skills. You will be results-driven and actively seek out to engage with customers, working in a thriving competitive marketplace.

This role is about building strong relationships with new, existing and lapsed customers to ensure that business opportunities are maximised, alongside identifying any new business opportunities.
- To initially bring in new business via telephone and account management (THIS IS NOT A CALL CENTRE ROLE)
- Approach existing and prospective customers, to present and promote our products.
- Cold call on businesses to arrange appointments for BDM’s
- Gain agreement from potential customers for Safer Security Group to conduct site security surveys.
- Create great relationships with new and existing customers.
- Advise clients on the best solution to meet their requirements.
- Identify opportunities for growth.
- Follow up on inbound leads and referrals.
- Demonstrate services through online resources and social media
- Take ownership of your development and knowledge of the industry
- Maintain positive business relationships, both internally and externally that meet the organisations core values.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and outcomes.
- Handle customer data responsibly by ensuring our customers’ privacy as per GDPR regulations.
- Take personal responsibility for own work performance and present a positive image of the company.
- Fully understand the role requirements and ensure that activities are undertaken to the best of your personal ability and to the organisation’s standards and policies.
- Monitor own performance against agreed indicators and objectives.
- Manage activities in order to meet agreed weekly, monthly targets.
- Create clear sales forecast and pipelines.

**About you**:

- Previous experience in new business sales is advantageous.
- Great communication skills and the initiative to ask the right questions, think flexibly and develop rapport over the phone.
- Results driven.
- Self-motivated and can work independently or in a team.
- A willingness to work to targets and rise to a challenge.
- Enthusiasm for developing your skills.
- Competent with Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience in working with a CRM and bespoke software packages.
- Can solve problems, do things differently and your standards are high, working to deadlines motivates you.
- You are confident working under pressure, managing several tasks simultaneously.
- Will have launched new business telemarketing campaigns.
- Experience in hitting and achieving set targets and KPI's.
