**What is the core purpose of the role?**

The primary purpose of the role is to deliver site material and production and capacity planning for our glass cutting and toughening operation. The role involves ensuring that we have sufficient materials to meet production plans through close communication with our buying team while also considering equipment availability and production bottlenecks. The position is a key contributor to ensuring that the site meets but does not exceed maximum production capacity while also contributing to reducing glass/raw material waste.

We are looking for a flexible individual willing to support other parts of the site, for example supporting with holiday cover in our transport office or helping our warehouse teams process customer orders. We are a small team in Dudley and we all pull together to deliver customer expectations and drive forward site operations.
