**We’re looking for a super brilliant mid/senior creative to join our team, you’ll be delivering high quality digital and print design solutions for clients across a range of sectors.**

You must be a visual problem solver, you’ll understand how to dissect content and identify solutions to client challenges - in the most impactful, imaginative, innovative and relevant way. You’ll understand the importance of audiences, messaging and finding solutions that deliver real impact.

From a quick turnaround leaflet to a full-on branding or website project spanning months, we require an exceptional level of visual communication and quality of finish. **Ideas**, **enthusiasm**, **energy** and **bucket loads** **of** **creativity** are the main thing we’re looking for, along with superb attention to detail.

In addition to strong layout, typography and digital skills, our new designer needs to be able to create supporting visuals including photo-real mock-ups, photo retouching/manipulation and animations for social media (beneficial, not essential).

- Ability to focus on priority projects but can also deal with last minute requirements
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of accountability and pride in your work
- Great problem solving skills and the ability to think critically
- Self-disciplined, proactive and unafraid of pushing boundaries

**The technical bits**
- Minimum 4-5 years experience in a similar creative agency environment
- Stellar knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven track record in visual identity design, branding, website design and marketing collateral design (eg brochures, annual reports, social media content, adverts etc)
- Sound understanding of print processes and finishing
- Thorough understanding of the artworking process and setting up print files
- PowerPoint skills
- Animation experience preferred (but not essential)
- Video editing experience preferred (but not essential)
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field

We operate a hybrid working model with compulsory 2 days in the office, the other 3 days being flexible.

**Salary**: Up to £38,000.00 per year
