An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our busy Facilities Team within the Directorate of Estates & Facilities as Assistant Facilities Supervisor which comprises of cleaning, catering, portering, goods receiving services and linen/laundry management. _
- Hrs per week - _
- Week 1, Monday - Wednesday 15.00 - 19.00 _
- Week 2, Monday - Wednesday 15.00 - 1900, Saturday & Sunday 07.00 - 13.30 (to include 30 minute unpaid break) & 15.00 - 19.00 _
- You will be responsible for the day to day co-supervision of the FM services and will be the customers' point of contact for any FM related issues. _
- As part of the Facilities Team you are expected to have a flexible approach, excellent interpersonal and customer skills, ability to use a degree of initiative to prioritise and organise you duties. _
- You will be responsible for supporting the management of all the FM Assistants. _
- To attend and participate in all training courses required for this post. Required to undertake some mandatory training using a computer. _
- Ensure that all areas are maintained to a clean and hygienic level for patients, trust staff and visitors in line with the current National Standards of Cleanliness._
