Are you looking for an opportunity to further your career as an **Analyst and BI Developer**? Do you share our passion for improving the lives of young people through education?

We are looking for an **Analyst/Reporter** with outstanding people skills and a desire to build strong relationships with colleagues across the organisation. You will be working in a fast paced, changing assessment environment, within a highly experienced and supportive team.

In this role you will work a hybrid working arrangement with an excellent pension scheme (up to 11.5% being paid in annually on top of your contributions) 25 days annual leave rising to 30 days with service, Christmas closure, alongside a host of other wellbeing benefits.

**You'll be**:

- developing and delivering business intelligence reports and insights
- using world class tools (Alteryx, Power BI, SQL)
- providing proactive advice and guidance to managers and other stakeholders on analytics and data related issues
- contributing to a motivated and positive team culture, focussed on service delivery and continuous improvement
- working to get the best from project teams in a matrix management structure
- helping ensure millions of students get the right grade.
