OverviewHighly successful FTSE listed, International Manufacturing Group seek to recruit ACA/ACCA or CIMA Qualified Group FP & A Analyst to undertake a newly created role based at conveniently situated offices in Guildford, Surrey.About the Group FP & A AnalystReporting to the Group Finance Director the Group FP & A Analyst will be financial business partner to divisional Finance Directors to ensure robust financial information is obtained across the Group. The FP & A Analyst will work within a small team to provide consolidated Group Financial Analysis and Group Management Accounting for Board review. Key duties of the role include:Performing a detailed review of both country and operating company reporting packs (P&L and Balance Sheets)Assisting with the 12 month rolling budgeting & forecasting processAnalysis of gross margins for key business divisionsDelivering monthly group KPI report and supporting analysis & commentaryPerforming a working capital review and driving process improvementsBusiness partnering with divisional Heads of Finance regarding the internal & external factors impacting each businessReporting on variances to budget and forecastAssessing potential risks and opportunities and following up on internal audit recommendationsEstablishing a high level of credibility and managing strong working relationships with finance teams across the groupSupporting the integration process for newly acquired businessesAbout youThe Group FP & A Analyst will be CIMA/ACCA or ACA Qualified with a strong background in either FP& A or Group AccountingIdeally you will have experience working within a large complex international business or group accounting environmentKnowledge of Financial Consolidation software, ideally HFM is advantageousApplicants will have excellent communication skills, and the ability to liaise at the highest levelWhat's on offer for the Group FP & A Analyst positionFlexible Hybrid working25 days holidayCompany PensionMedical & life insuranceAttractive annual Bonus
