**Job Specification**:
**The Job You’ll Do;**
- Inputting of Customer orders using an in-house computer system and admin package.
- Working in a close-knit sales office, alongside two senior sales administrators.
- Liaising closely with the manufacturing team on the shop floor, regarding customer queries.
- Invoicing of sales orders, ensuring all details are correct and sent by the required deadlines.
- Filing and photocopying documents when required.
- Conducting telephone calls, both incoming and outgoing, liaising with client contacts, customers, and colleagues,.
- Reviewing enquiries and, if applicable, providing quotations.
- Checking customer orders when received, identifying any errors and reporting them to the sales team.
- Entering orders onto the computer system and raise acknowledgement.
- Raise works orders and issue copies to the manufacturing team on the shop floor.
- Participate in Team Meetings, typically on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
- Attend training sessions as requested, as part of an on-going training process, developing the necessary skills to be an effective member of the team.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and maintaining and building good working relationships.
- General office administration/ad-hoc tasks.

**About You;**
- To have obtained a good level of education (GCSEs minimum).
- Be fully computer literate, and familiar with Outlook and Windows (essential)
- Experience with admin packages, ABM, Microsoft Applications, Sage etc.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills (essential)
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Possess a can-do approach to working as part of a team within a sales administration environment.
- The ability to adapt and improve based upon constructive feedback.
- Be confident, with a positive work ethic and mindset.
