- Monday-Thursday 8.30-5.30
- Friday 8.30 - 5:00 (8:30-13:00 every other week for wellbeing Fridays)

- Good at engaging with people at all levels.

- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.

- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed.

**Where the role sits in the team and wider business**

This is a key position helping to drive retention and client satisfaction by providing exceptional support to the business’s clients, while also helping to grow the client-base.

Working within a medium sized growing business it is important to be a real team player, which can involve helping other departments, whether that be hands on activities or gaining more information helping other departments perform more effectively.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Producing reports and presentations for clients.
- Making outbound calls to clients on a daily basis.
- Generate a network of potential clients by establishing a professional rapport with individuals through a mixture of inbound leads, identified contacts from our database, as well as being free to research and contact outbound prospects
- Act as the first point of contact for new business prospects
- Understand their needs and work out the next steps for each individual prospect moving forward
- Build and maintain strong relationships with your clients and colleagues to ensure first class customer service.

**The Company**

Based in Harrogate, we are a survey, review, and market research company, focusing on customer satisfaction. We serve automotive, legal and hospitality clients all over the UK, and due to sustained growth, now require Graduate Trainees to help support our key accounts.

**Location and Travel Requirements**

The position is office based in Harrogate with travel to attend key account client meetings and events. This could involve occasional overnight stays.

Pay: £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Harrogate: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
