**Commercial Pre-Sales professional **sought by rapidly scaling **softwarecompany with 40% year on year growth for the last 3 years & with recent heavy investment.** Seeking talented **Senior / LeadPre-Sales Solutions Consultant **to join the newly formed, dedicated global **Solutions Design Presales** team, reporting & working closely with the head of Pre-sales. Our SaaS platform is widely used around the globe to help companies comply with regulations around **anti-bribery, corruption, modern slavery, ethical & environmental policy & issues (GRC / ESG)**. Solutions Architect. Solutions Consultant. Sales Engineer. Product Evangelist. Location**:UK. Wherever you want to be based. We do have a London office (Southbank area) but have a remote first company culture.** Salary**:Up to £100K Basic** + Benefits Package + Presales Comp’ plan (Roughly £20k per annum, OTE) **£120K total Remuneration + Benefits to start.** If you’d like to - Work with a rapidly scaling SaaS company, who have experienced 40% year on year growth,** scale from “start-up” to “grown-up”** - **Help mould, shape & define the newly created & dedicated Presales Solutions team**, working closely with the "Head of" as it takes shape - Work with like-minded adults who operate on output, rather than time spent at a desk all day - Help companies achieve better **environmental, social & corporate responsibilities** to their staff, supply chain & the world in general... We'd be looking for people that have & can demonstrate: - **Prior experience of Pre-sales / Solutions Consulting / Technical Sales.** **- Some experience of ESG (Environmental, Social & corporate Governance), GRC ( Governance, Risk & Compliance) or Due Diligence industry (Not even necessarily from a software background)** - Experience in building and/or selling products and services in regulatory environments - Ability to present & scope independently - Ability to independently conduct meetings with a broad range of people including engineers, quality assurance, product design, global head of ethics, procurement. - Confident and authentic presentation style that can adapt to the audience.
