**The Role**

The Diversity and Inclusion Engagement Manager will play an important role in helping to ensure that Carnival UK is a workplace where employees feel valued with a sense of belonging. Having a Diverse and Inclusive work environment is critical to the improvementof our Culture at Carnival UK, both ship and shore.

Our aim is to increase confidence and ensure our colleague have suitable avenues through which they can express their views and share their ideas in a safe and comfortable environment.
- Plan and deliver communication strategies to drive Diversity and Inclusion, with the support of the Internal Communications team
- Define and manage the annual budget for Inclusion and Engagement programmes
- Build and own effective relationships with strategic inclusive partners (e.g Business Disability Forums and Stonewall)
- Have knowledge of and keep up to date on all legislation and trends regarding Diversity and Inclusion

Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK08 and is offered on a 12 months FTC, full time basis with at least two days based in our Southamptonoffice.
