Go Train are a national organisation “transforming lives” working with individuals to help them into employment. We work with the Department of Work and Pensions and its directly funded agencies, as well as other social providers to train people and helpthem improve their lives.
We are looking for someone to join our HR team to provide comprehensive 360 Human Resource Advice and Internal Recruitment. This will include recruitment, induction, employee relations, CPD, L&D, offboarding along with reports and data tracking. Working closelywith the HR Manager, the jobholder will ensure a high-quality HR service is delivered to the business.
**Key Areas of Responsibility**:

- Form strong relationships with managers and employees in the business
- Build rapport and trust to foster a culture of openness to ensure you are regarded as a valuable central resource
- Provide an efficient recruitment service - including creating job adverts, booking interviews, making job offers and sending rejections
- Provide new starters with a full induction to Go Train, recommending changes as and when needed
- To prepare exit interview report for HR Manager as and when required, identifying trends, concerns and action taken / suggested action to be taken.
- Management of, supporting and advising managers in employee relation situations to minimising risk to the business, namely disciplinary, grievance, performance issues, maternity, paternity, sickness absence, probation etc, escalating any issues where necessaryto the HR Manager.
- To work closely with the HR Team to resolve complex ER issues with a best practice and commercial approach.
- To provide KPI data to manager on relevant areas of responsibility, preparing report information for HRM on headcount, turnover, absence and other ad hoc reports as required

**Location: Maidstone - on site parking available**
**Salary: £12,000 - £15,000 DOE**
