Area Facilities Coordinator

Job Description**We are currently recruiting for a Area Facilities Coordinator to join our team.**
The main focus of this role will be to support our Estates Department with NCG property environmental reviews, audits, customer services and project development.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- To liaise with the department’s client base, (local operational management teams and third-party service providers). Enhancing the relationship and providing the personal touch to the departments function.
- Drive customer focussed Facilities & Estates service delivery across the estate’s portfolio.
- Supervising and coordinating refurbishments and renovation projects across the whole estate’s portfolio.
- Ensuring that quality standards are met regarding all refurbishments and renovation projects.
- Completing critical asset surveys, then providing detailed property related reports, updates and solutions to ensure our services remain an environmentally safe place to live for the people we support and to prolong the life expectancy of key assets.
- Reviewing properties to ensure they meet health and safety and energy efficiency standards.
- Reviewing regulatory compliance in relation to property inspections and associated works.
- Supervise on-site maintenance staff, providing documented process in relation to daily task completion.
- Proposing and supervising NCG third party contractors.
- Compare costs for various services and goods before choosing the best options for the facility.
- To react quickly to unplanned problems and trouble shoot to understand root cause and prevent re-occurrences.
- Ensure National Care Group’s vision and values are always adhered to.
- 3-5 years experience within Facilities or conveyancing.
- Demonstrable success in delivering renovation, construction or facility-based projects on time and within budget.
- Demonstrable success in client facing customer service environments or projects.
- Project supervision experience.
- Commercial awareness (Construction, compliance & Facilities)
- Full clean U.K driving license. (Expected mileage of 25,000 per year)
