Our Regulatory and Practice Compliance team are integral to the way we operate and how we run the business. They ensure that all regulatory as well as financial and strategic matters are adhered to as well as managing key relationships with external organisationsand consultants. A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our lovely team, this is a fixed term position for 12 months to cover a period of maternity leave as well as help continue the critical work this key role provides. The main duties of this role are: - Assist with Helpdesk queries which come in from across the firm - Undertake Independent File Reviews - Follow through file review trends and outcomes - Update reports and registers for starters and leavers - Review Government Sanction List - Maintain Undertakings Register - Maintain Register of Referrals - Maintain Gift Register - Maintain COLP Register of Concerns and Actions - Assist with Smartsearch queries and other Client due diligence queries - Provide cover for other colleagues during times of annual leave. **About You** To be considered for this post you will need to have a "can do" attitude and a keen eye for detail. Ideally you will have previous experience in a compliance setting as well as being comfortable using Microsoft packages. Alternatively, this role could suitan individual who is keen to see the inner workings of a law firm, who could use this as an interim opportunity to develop key skills to progress within law in the future.
