We have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Administratorto join our organisation and have responsibility for supporting the Engagement and Support teams with administrative and compliance duties that will allow the teams to meet their objectives more efficiently.
**Core Responsibilities**:
Book applicants onto Applicant Days and follow up with Applicants who have any questions to ensure participation
Coordinate Applicant Day administration, to include:
- Setting up technical assessments, checking and reporting on results
- Providing direct support on Applicant Days, including helping to resolve technical issues
Send out to employers all Apprenticeship compliant paperwork and ensure it is signed, tracked, returned and stored correctly.
Ensure compliance of Apprenticeship and Skills Bootcamp start paperwork before it is submitted to the Compliance Team for processing.
Assist Marketing Manager and Engagement Manager with administrative duties as required.
**Key Performance Indicators**:
- Zero issues with employer/ learner compliance documentation to enable the timely start of the learners programme and ensure no funding claw-back at audit.
- 100% of applicants processed and communicated to by the end of the following working day to ensure good participation and attendance at Applicant Day.
- 100% administrative issues resolved within a maximum of four weeks to aid the team to meet their targets.
- Individuals who have a passion for compliance/administration and customer service.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to deliver against TDM values and communicate with individuals from various backgrounds and in a variety of different roles
- Having a background in the apprenticeship, adult learning, compliance or job sector is advantageous but not essential
