**Are you an experienced or recently qualified Mortgage Adviser?**

We are seeking ambitious trainee or CAS qualified Mortgage Advisers that are looking to establish themselves independently.

The opportunity would suit either those currently working for other mortgage brokers, former mortgage advisers looking to come back into the industry or mortgage advisers currently working in banks or estate agencies looking for greater support and a more competitive commission structure.

**We are a young, dynamic, fast growing and forward-thinking business with ambitious plans to expand.**

As a firm, we offer all of our advisers competitive commission splits reflective of the market and a platform to succeed in the Mortgage industry.
- You will be responsible for giving independent advice and making recommendations on mortgages and insurances products from the whole of the market.
- You will have the opportunity to work remotely from home and will have the flexibility to control your own diary and working days/hours.

**Key requirements are**:

- Ambitious and driven to grow your own business.
- Full CeMAP or equivalent qualification.
- A good credit history is essential, you must also be free from any regulatory breaches and not be banned from accessing any lenders.
- Competitive commission splits. Achievable/realistic first year expected earnings £30-70K per annum.
- Pre-qualified mortgage leads provided, however you will also be expected to network in order to build up your own client bank.
- Independence and the opportunity to run your own business.
- Industry leading CRM Software - outstanding back office administration system, diary management and document keeping software with electronic storage and archiving of client files with integrated Trigold for mortgage sourcing.
- Professional Indemnity Insurance.
- Data Protection Licence.
- Full training, ongoing compliance, mentoring, competence and supervision support.
- Nationwide face to face BDM support.
- Admin support - We believe our advisers should be free to advise as much as possible that is why we provide you with your own dedicated and trained administrator to help you service more customers.
- Our advisers service and own their clients under all circumstances this means if you decide to leave Clever Advice you will be free to keep your clients.
- Dedicated helpdesk with extensive in-house industry experience at the end of the phone.
- Access to technical support and assistance from management with product placement, including difficult to place mortgages, second charges, bridging and commercial mortgages providing you with the clarity needed to give your clients the highest quality advice.
- Electronic Conveyancing - online conveyancing system, making conveyancing instructions easy quick and efficient ensuring an additional revenue stream for our advisers.

This is a self-employed role, which can be office or home based, no geographical restrictions.
