**Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our Playbarn team. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the team during assigned shifts
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are followed
- Assist in food production and preparation as needed
- Train and mentor team members on proper procedures and techniques
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality, hotel, or restaurant industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices, as well as a good understanding of allergens

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
