Trainee Recruitment Consultant who is interested in IT Recruitment required by Expert Resource to join our growing team here at Lodge Park Business Centre, Langham, CO4 5NE.

Sales experience is a must, we are looking for people that would like to make a change from a sales role they are in now, for example, Estate Agents, Lettings, Marketing Sales, Car Sales, Advertising Sales etc. and want to get into IT Recruitment.

**Who we are**:
We are Expert Resource, a specialist IT Recruitment Company backed by James Caan CBE, based in a rural setting surrounded by countryside in Langham, Essex. We are passionate about the markets/verticals in which we work and have a genuine interest in these areas and the people we work with.

**What we are looking for**:
**About your training**:
There will be a training programme outlined that will see you first learn the role of resourcing, and then moving in to learning new business and business development. I have personally trained people with no experience, who have gone on to become top billers earning six figure salaries. I have also trained multiple people that have had no experience to go on and buy their first house. My training and the method I teach in how to be a recruitment consultant works, I can give you everything you need to do this role, all you need is the ability to follow instructions and the WILL to want to succeed.

**Your role**:
You will need to work at speed, due to competition externally from other Recruitment Agents and your role will involve making lots of calls per day. You will need to be organised and can multitask. This role is very fast-paced and will suit someone that likes to be on the go all the time.
