**Trainee Recruitment Consultant**

We currently have an exciting opportunity within our recruitment team, as a Recruitment Consultant in our new Colchester offices.

Total Assist Group is a multi-award winning recruitment agency, specialising in filling and providing temporary and permanent placements across the medical, health and social care, education and personnel industries for both the public and private sectors.

**The Role**

You will be joining our new offices Colchester within our Care & Personnel department lead by one of our most successful recruitment managers.

Your key responsibilities will be:

- Developing a good understanding of NHS and private clients where applicable, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment.
- Advertising shifts appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £17,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
