**Job Overview**

We are seeking two enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team as temporary Christmas staff with the opportunity to be kept on. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests while maintaining a clean and organised bar area. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, ensuring food safety standards are met, and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Adhere to food safety regulations to ensure the highest quality of service.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service delivery.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service.
- Uphold the establishment's hospitality standards, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for all guests.

**Skills**
- Basic knowledge of craft beer and styles (preferred)
- Bar experience (1 year) required.
- Barista trained (1 year) preferred.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices within a hospitality setting.
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role is desired but not essential.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service in a restaurant or bar environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
