**Job Summary**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness at the bar, and contributing to a positive dining experience.

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries about menu items.
- Monitor customer consumption levels and ensure responsible serving practices are followed.
- Assist in managing inventory by tracking stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and health standards to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when necessary.

**Skills**
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous bartending experience is highly desirable, with knowledge of drink recipes and preparation techniques.
- Understanding of food safety practices within a restaurant setting.
- Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay: £500.00-£600.00 per week

- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
