**About the role**
**Key responsibilities**
- Supervise Sales Support Administrators performance via call write ups and call activity.
- Monitor performance of all Sales Support Administrators and initiate appropriate performance related action where required.
- Organise and interview replacement Sales Support Administrators where appropriate.
- Oversee and assist with new Sales Support Administrator’s training in all aspects of Sales Support Administration as described in MQP34.
- Monitor Area Sales Representatives performance, call write ups and call rates.
- Monitor Area Sales Manager Call rates.
- Maintain weekly contact with Area Sales Managers regarding customer contact and Area Sales Representative’s actions.
- Liaise with Group Sales Manager on any performance issues raised by the Sales Support Administrators regarding their Area Sales Managers or Area Sales Representatives.
- Monitor and oversee general housekeeping by Sales Support Administrators.
- Responsible for the production of monthly KPI reports for Sales Support Administrators, Area Sales Managers and Area Sales Representatives.
- Support our client base with completion of pre-qualification questionnaires and vendor forms. Responsible for the upkeep of customer based portals for qualification and supply chain purposes.
- Distribution of annually updated documents to client base upon request and pre-programmed.
- Support the Sales Director, Group Sales Manager and Group Hire Manager with Group sales initiatives and exhibitions.
- Organise and monitor the companys sales initiatives and mail shots.
**What we’re looking for**
- 3+ years proven experience in a supervisory position.
- Demonstrable customer experience background.
- Strong understanding of business operations and financial principles.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire others.
- Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and is a good critical thinker.
- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
