**An exciting opportunity for a Site / Project Administrator to join AmcoGiffen in the Aviation business unit supporting our growing portfolio of projects and maintenance on a number of key frameworks and major schemes at various Airports throughout the UK.**

**Business Unit**

AmcoGiffen Aviation is currently involved in a number of key frameworks and major schemes (at varying stages of the project lifecycle) at numerous Airports throughout the UK. In order to support the planned growth of the business, we have a vacancy for a Site / Project Administrator to join our Aviation team.

**The Role**

As Administrator, in the Aviation business unit supporting the framework team, you will be responsible for supporting the Aviation business unit with all administrative, project and framework requirements, including but not limited to:

- Maintain routine records relating to items processed, files documents and keeps filing systems up to date such that information can be readily retrieved.
- Plan own work to meet priorities and delivers to pre agreed deadlines.
- Filing of project information as required, including uploading electronically.
- Perform general internal administrative duties, including stationary ordering, copying drawings and general photocopying.
- Order of PPE items as required & sundries items.
- Collate the whereabouts for the following week for all office based staff.
- Provide inputs into client and company reports as required.
- Support and take part in company / industry initiatives as required.
- Support wider support teams as required.
- Maintain electronic diary system (Outlook).
- Other tasks as may from time to time be deemed necessary and are authorised by line managers.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in an Administrative role (construction or civil engineering experience may be beneficial but by no means essential)
- Able to organise and prioritise own workload and work autonomously
- IT literate with a working knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages including Excel, word and PowerPoint.
