We are looking for a performance-driven Marketing Campaign Specialist who is just as comfortable in a platform dashboard as being in front of a camera. It is a role focused on multi-channel approaches to maximise results, You’ll run a broad range of initiatives - affiliate marketing, social media, and brand storytelling, and serves as one of the faces of our UK & Ireland brands across our social channels.

You’ll work closely with our product marketing, SEO & GEO, MarTech, and content teams to grow our reach, improve visibility, and scale strategic partnerships across review, aggregator, and third-party content platforms.

**Key responsibilities**

This role is responsible for the integrated execution and management of a variety of marketing initiatives. While a core focus will be on partner and social media channels, you will be expected to take a holistic approach to campaign management, identifying new opportunities and channels to drive growth, and leveraging data to optimize performance across all marketing activities.

**Partner Marketing**
- Manage our affiliate program, including developing strategy, partner recruitment, and performance tracking.
- Foster strong partnerships with third-party content sites, review platforms, and aggregators.
- Collaborate with our content and SEO teams to create high-performing affiliate content.
- Optimise offers, creatives, and partner performance to drive measurable growth

**Social Media**
- Lead social media channel strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Work with our content team to produce social-first content optimised for both SEO and audience engagement.
- Lead community engagement efforts, actively participating in conversations and empowering colleagues to be active and authentic brand ambassadors on social platforms.
- Use insights and trend-watching to identify new opportunities.
- Represent the brand on social media by creating authentic, brand-aligned posts and short-form video featuring yourself and your colleagues.

**Performance & Analytics**
- Tracking, analyse, and report on campaign performance, benchmarking against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Utilise data-driven insights to iterate on and scale successful campaigns while identifying and optimising underperforming initiatives.
- Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable business decisions.

**Required skills and experience**

**Essential**
- Have experience in affiliate marketing, ideally using AWIN or similar platforms.
- Know how to build and execute a social media strategy across LinkedIn, IG, and other platforms.
- Possess an understanding of how social and affiliate content impact SEO/GE
